Custom Graphics & print standards: what we accept

If you are submitting your own artwork, please note that all files must be print-ready. Print-ready means the following:

You MUST adhere to size specifications in any template provided.

Resolution: minimum 150dpi.

Acceptable file types: pdf, jpg
Note: if you send us a jpg file, please check with us first to make sure it meets print standards (that’s because jpg files may be at 72dpi, which is a web standard and unsuitable for printing).

Additional Musts

Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to “fix” are subject to a surchage.
